Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made from the Clara website or through our official pages.

Products

All our products are authentic and new, designed for women, and include shoes, slippers, mules, and bags.

Prices and Offers

Prices displayed include tax but exclude shipping fees. Offers and discounts change from time to time based on promotional campaigns and are automatically applied at checkout according to invoice value.

Delivery

Shipping is available to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery time varies depending on the region. Payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery) or through the payment methods shown on the checkout page.

Exchange and Returns

Exchange: Within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition and unused.

Returns: Available according to store policy and under the same conditions mentioned above.

The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return or exchange unless the error is on our part.

Liability

Clara is not responsible for product misuse or delays caused by shipping companies.
